Business PhilosophyWhatever your real estate transaction, you are dealing with a major asset and an emotional bond at the same time. Being able to bring value to both parts of this equation is how I practice. I believe that an agent's most important tool is to be able to listen well and communicate directly to help a client determine their critical needs and wants. Pricing, timing and emotion can affect these choices. My background in finance allows me to provide the analytical side of a deal by performing market analyses and home valuations for each situation. As a native of Nahant and longtime resident of the Northshore, raising children in the schools and sports, I can share my knowledge of the differentiating factors between the towns and draw upon my local resources to help problem solve.   • I was raised in Nahant. moved to NYC for 20 years and then returned with my husband and children to share the Northshore experience, living in Marblehead, Salem and Nahant. I've had children in the schools in the surrounding communities including Nahant, Swampscott and Marblehead and am very involved in the town sports.
